I cannot decide on a color scheme and do not like my template options. But I'm poor and were I not poor, I would still be cheap. What if I pay and they mock me with their crappyness? Why must I be mocked? Why! I may not sleep tonight. I may lie awake completely torn by this, flipping furiously back and forth. Layout. Color. Color. Layout. I may even snap and find myself writing a 3am post.
No one should have to read my 3 am ramblings.

I did the exact same thing when I signed up for wordpress, and agonized over the layout day in and day out for the first few weeks.I really do like the one I have now, though. Perhaps you should switch to a blog host with better template options?
Hehe, I remember when I got a bebo I spent a whole day making my own skin, I really liked it, still do. Too bad I only go on bebo like once in a blue moon, lol.
@ Soleil: I'm very tempted actually. I was looking at wordpress and their free (from the looks of it )templates seemed neat and more interesting.
@ Blackfire: What's a bebo? Is that short for something?
The problem is that I don't have any hosting and it looks like you need to buy a site and all to have a wordpress blog. That's a monthly fee etc.
